Guarantee

Our bespoke kitchens are covered by a 10-year guarantee, protecting against faults in our workmanship, provided the recommendations in this Aftercare Guide have been followed.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear that naturally occurs over time.

Painted Finishes

To keep your painted furniture looking its best, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft, lint-free cloth or duster. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution mixed with warm water, ideally one that is gentle on the hands. Avoid using any cleaning products that are not pH-balanced, as these can damage the paint finish. After cleaning, always dry the surface thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth or towel.

Oak Finishes

Oak is a natural material, and as such, it will subtly expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity. This natural movement is completely normal and should not be a cause for concern. Over time, fine hairline splits may appear on the surface. These are not faults, but rather one of the many beautiful and authentic characteristics of solid oak.

Each piece of oak cabinetry is finished with a protective lacquer coating before leaving our workshop. While this offers resistance to everyday splashes, any spillages should be wiped away immediately to prevent long-term staining or damage.

General Care

Please do not place damp, dirty, or hot items directly onto your cabinetry, and avoid prolonged exposure to water. These can lead to staining, raised grain, or permanent damage to the finish.

Should your drawer fronts become slightly misaligned over time, they can easily be adjusted. Our drawers are fitted with ‘Blum’ runners, which have a lifetime guarantee ensuring smooth and durable performance.

Worktop Care

Worktops are fragile and porous and should be treated with care to avoid scratches, fractures or chips. Any spillages should be dried and wiped away as soon as possible to avoid staining.

We regret we cannot be held responsible for any damaged stone counter tops once they have arrived safely in your care.

Appliance Care

All appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which provides protection against manufacturing faults and defects for the period stated in their documents. It is the customers responsibility to register all appliances directly with the manufacturer within the specified time frame to activate the warranty. Failure to register may result in the manufacturer declining future warranty claims.
